Our new appointment system allows patients to have a telephone contact with a GP on the day that they want to be seen and if the GP feels its appropriate or if the patient wants a face to face appointment then a timed appointment is given for them to attend the surgery.

We are always looking at the demand and pressures on the GP's and continue to make alterations to accommodate both staff and patient feedback.

Your comment is disappointing to read it may help for you to understand why and how the system works by calling the surgery and one of our receptionists would be happy to explain it too you
