i went about my ears the doctor told me of a homeopathic cure thats was going to cost me money ,it took them over a year and me bugging them to get my psychiatrist appointment ,the doctors never listen and supposedly i was born with a mental illness now i'm cured only took them till i was 46

Dear Patient, The Practice is sorry you were unhappy with the service, but it would appear you have nonetheless been a long-standing valued patient going by the time scale you quote.

However, we are disappointed you did not raise your concerns or

grievances before now with the practice.

We would, as always, be more than happy to improve things when and where possible.

We would now invite you, without any ill-feeling whatsoever from the practice, to contact us direct allowing us to look into this further.

We strive to provide a good duty of care to all our patients, without exception. We hope to hear from you soon. Without patient identity we are helpless to do anything further at this point.
