"Great service"

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from all the student's that I saw. But am a bit confused with my last visit. I started visiting about 10 months ago. And was informed that all my needs would be met. All of them was apart from been told if I would recieve new dentures. When I fist visited I was informed that this would be the case. So continued with the visits and was delighted with all the information and treatment I received. Would it be possible to let me know if this will happen. Due to an heart attack 2 years ago and unable to work I have not got the money to pay NHS or private. The dentures I had where broken and mishaped and was informed not to use them.
