(as the patient),

my first operation in my life and the fear of it,

well, i was stunned at the total professionalism of everybody involved, 

ward 18 just superb,

especially beckie who was calming and an absolute angel in the way she dealt with my nerves,

simply cannot thank all the staff enough from admission to operation itself, 

thank you again,
