About: Chase Farm Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

I had a total knee replacement operation on 20th September, and from the nurse who first greeted me to the doctor who discharged I couldn't have asked for better care and attention.

I especially would like to thank the night staff Thank you so much for looking after me so well-nothing was too much trouble for you and your smiley face really cheered every one up however bad they were feeling.

The food was excellent too. There was so many choices and everything I ordered I thoroughly enjoyed- so well done whoever organizes the meals they were delicious!

Thank you everyone who I came in contact with during my hospital stay I appreciate everything you do for your patients and for our wonderful NHS.

Thank you for taking time to leave your feedback; I hope the rehabilitation of your knee is going well and you are seeing the benefits from the surgery. I have shared your kind words with the staff, we know night-time in hospital can be one of the hardest times for a patient and it is really nice to see that staff did so much for you during this time. The catering staff will be chuffed when they read your feedback on the meals, they work really hard behind the scenes so getting feedback means so much to them.
