"Never got my results back"

About: Salford Royal / Gynaecology

I had a biopsy searching for possible Cancer on my cervix two months ago.

The doctor said that they would send me the results in a month, I've been waiting for two months and every time I call over the phone a nice member of staff says that the Doctor has the results already and is aware of that but the doctor is not sending me a letter.

And when I ask the member of staff on the phone to please tell me what my results say they say they can not do that, that I have to wait to the doctor send them to me.

I'm not being funny, is not nice that someone tells you they have your results but they won't tell you what is going on.

I don't understand why the Doctor won't send me the letter if they have the results, and I don't understand why can you tell me which my results are over the phone.

How long do I suppose to wait to know what is going on?
