"Pain mangement"

I went for a pain , angement appoint ment four years ago.Had a mri and nerve conductive test.Had the results finally after loosing them.The consultation said i needed to see a back surgeon.Never received an appointment for my back.The notes were not refered to my gp.Now i struggle to walk and in pain.My gp will not refere me to no back specialist so disappointing and so angry.
