What could be improved

I don't actually think that the consultant listened to my husband and me at all; the 3 student doctors spent most of the time staring at the floor. The consultant lacked knowledge; offered no options and did not understand the side effects of their suggested recommendation. A very poor service from which I will take a while to recover.

Anything else?

I will be going back to my gp to ask to be referred to a different hospital. logo
