"Excellent treatment at Urgent Care Unit"

About: St Marks Hospital (Harrow)

I attended the Urgent Care Unit at 1620 hrs on 11.10.17 following an ankle injury. Not only was I seen quickly by the nurse but the X Ray staff worked later than they should have so that my ankle could be x rayed.

All staff were highly professional, thorough and as importantly kind. Fortunately it was just a sprain.

Everyday we hear criticism of our NHS and how it is failing. However, the staff I met with yesterday are a credit to health care and should be commended for the standard of care they provide.
