About: Arrowe Park Hospital / Gynaecology

Had a gynaecology appointment at APH was told one of the consultants was half hour behind.

I waited 1hr and 20 mins probably would have been longer if I hadn't pointed it out. Doesn't inspire confidence.

We are very sorry for the delay you experienced when attending the Gynaecology Clinic. Unfortunately, outpatient clinics are busy and delays can on occasion accrue; however, when this happens we would expect that clinic staff keep those patients waiting fully informed of the delay and the expected waiting time.

In the meantime, we have fed back your poor experience to the outpatient manager to share with her team.
