"It was so straightforward"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Gynaecology (Ward 49)

(as a service user),

I had a hysterectomy for awful periods at glasgow royal hospital.  It was so straightforward, I had keyhole surgery and was only in for 2 nights.

Staff were great especially my surgeon. No problems, no infections, virtually no pain and quick recovery after 5 weeks.  Would recommend.

Thank you for taking the time to comment on your recent experience in Gynaecology at Glasgow Royal Infirmary. It is good to hear that everything went well for you. Your post will be shared with the clinical team whom I know will be delighted to receive your very positive feedback.

Best wishes

Pam
