"Daughter still in pain."

I was referred here from southend. My daughter suffers with constant ear pain, ear pouring discharge daily aswell as being non verbal autistic. After a couple goes at cleaning the ear being put to sleep nothing has worked infact we felt we were too much hassle due to my daughter behaviour they looked at me like an incompetent parent. We went up weekly to be made to wait over an hour for appointment only for quick exam and see u next week. Eventually said see u in 3 months hoping she may have some results over that time yet 3 months went by and the appointment got canceled again following month it was pushed back a month in total 5 months or 6 now so about 9 months they last saw her. A joke!
