"Recent gallbladder removal"

I had my gallbladder removed in Fulwood Hall hospital seven days ago as an NHS patient.

My experience in this hospital can't be faulted. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left I was treated with the utmost care and attention. Every person I encountered (reception, nurses, Consultant, Anaesthetist, theatre staff, catering assistants) during my visit was very friendly, very professional, very caring and considerate. Of course, when I went to theatre I was very nervous and the theatre team were very quick to put me at my ease by explaining everything to me and reassuring me along the way.

My room was very clean and comfortable as was the hospital in general.

I feel very strongly that my recovery will be so much quicker because of my experience. I would not hesitate to use this hospital again or recommend it to anyone else. My grateful thanks to everyone concerned.
