(as a service user),

 We would like to share a very positive experience of using maternity at cross house in June of this year.

Despite a lengthy labour that resulted in a forcep delivery, my husband and I would like to praise all the staff that were involved. We were kept well informed throughout and all the staff were exceptional at explaining the necessary interventions options throughout. This made me feel reassured especially when things were not going to plan. Everyone was calm even under pressure.

We would especially like to thank Laura in outpatient maternity. Louise the first midwife we meet our first night as well as Laura that provided the most amazing aromatherapy mix.

Also thanks to Lesley, Donna and then to Jacqui and Student Shenna whom were there for delivery in theatre of our son as well as the extended medical team.

On the ward thank you to midwife Katie and everyone behind the scenes that made our experience wonderful.
