(as a carer),

I don't feel they listen to the friends and family of ill patients and endanger them. During my relative's illness, they have not listened to the way they've acted.

Dear Carer

I am sorry that you are unhappy with the care pathway of the patient. It is difficult for me to comment further without knowing all the details but we would usually include carer's in the planning if the patient is in agreement.

Once again I am sorry if the care did not progress the way you had hoped.
