I was seen at neuroscience day unit early today at 8.30 am to have a botox injections for my chronic migraine.

I was a bit anxious when I arrived having seen the injection in you tube before my procedure.

My practiitioner called me on the side and explained in details how and where the botox will be injected. Very proffesional positive and very kind caring nature.

They made me feel calm and relaxed.

Again before they started the injections they asked me if i was ok and stopping after every injection asking again and again how I was.

Being seen by someone who rreally care made me feel better already. I would like to say a big thank you to them. You are rrealy a true star and a great-asset to your organisation
