"my stay in hospital"

From starting in Ward II to finishing in ward 31 I would like to tell you of the care I received from all the nurses, my consultant , the theatre staff, porters, all the staff on ward 31, everyone I came in contacted with in the hospital, not forgetting pre assessment unit ,the care was second to none and would like to thank them again for everything also the food served on ward 31 was really very nice, so thank you to the chef.

I am now at home recovering and feeling fine .
