"Visited twice Both times they was excelent"

About: Peterborough City Hospital / Accident and emergency

Had a gallbladder issue. The Ambulance staff was able to help with pain, took me to the hospital, seen by a doctor, usual long wait, but it was busy an understandable. I seen the consultant, who advised for an operation. It happen few months later.

Had a car accident, I been sent to another hospital, because of the location of the accident, and received the worst service I ever had in my life from hospital.

I dis-charge my self from this hospital and came to the Peterborough hospital. What to say, Peterborough hospital, staff and service is second to none, I felt that I was on private hospital, not NHS.

The after care also was excellent,

I had my gallbladder operation 2 months after my leg operation. Been visiting the hospital for 2-3 months for checkups.

All the times there was a slight delay on been seen, but nothing long. Always understandable because they are so busy.

But their service is 10 star one, not 5 they show here. Just try to go to a hospital around Essex-London area and then you will understand.

Thanks to all the Hospital staff for doing so great job in our community.
