Both I and my sister have taken our 90 year old dad to several appointments in the Eye Clinic at Seacroft. We were very relieved that we were able to attend clinic at Seacroft rather than having to go to St James, as Seacroft is obviously much smaller and seems more friendly.
We are impressed by all the staff we have encountered, from the friendly and helpful receptionist, through all the nurses for various checks, to the doctor who performed the injections in dad's eye. Everyone was very reassuring and kept us informed of the deterioration or improvements in both the health of his eye and his vision.
Appointments have been forthcoming quickly, and we have been surprised how quickly dad was seen by each of the different nurses and doctors for his checks.
Our family has always been exceptionally fortunate in our dealings with the NHS, but Seacroft is particularly friendly and professional.
