I have just returned from A&E after my 3 year old daughter fell.
We had the most excellent care, the nurse practitioner was absolutely lovely and reassured my daughter and myself constantly.
We are constantly hearing negative views of the NHS. Well not from me.

I am so pleased to hear about your experience within our Emergency Department at York Hospital, it's great to hear staff were lovely and reassuring to both you and your daughter.
