Had an outpatient appointment recently, and just wanted to say how well the 2 staff who dealt with me did their jobs. I believe the nurse was Maryanne and radiologist Caroline(hope I've got names right). Both ladies were friendly, polite, put me at ease by explaining every step of procedure, and when finished, the nurse even saw me to the door. Excellent care from both. I've had experiences in other parts of NHS where I've felt almost like an inconvenience but these two ladies are a credit to their department. Well done!
