"Absolutely useless for getting things done"

About: New Cross Hospital / Urology

Had to wait about a year just to get a consultation in the Urology department. Then another 4 months before my pre-op was arranged. Now just been told my pre-op has been pushed back another week!

Very upsetting and distressing, this is what our taxes go on. Completely ruined my chances for my new job, as was hoping to get my surgery done and recovered before I start. Now thanks to NHS new cross, its been totally ruined.

Appalled at the lack of organisations, telling me the day before my pre-op that its cancelled. Disgusting.
