We arrived today at 2.40pm and were seen within an hour. The whole team is brilliant - the receptionist was extremely helpful suggesting I call my dentist as my son had a facial and tooth injury. They even offered to call for me as the signal for mobiles isn't great. We were seen by a Nurse Practitioner who was brilliant and really caring. My son was covered in dried blood and they cleaned him up and spent a long while reassuring him. They made an immediate referral to the Facial team at Broomfield and patiently went through all the details with both myself and my son. They also ensured he had pain relief.

I was extremely impressed with the service- thank you to all the team!
