"Don't understand ????"

About: Countess Of Chester Hospital / Ophthalmology

Please can someone explain the order in which a patient is seen ? All the people who came after my mother were seen first don't understand please can someone explain I think it's better to be late then you are seen first Ridiculous!!!

And if it goes on as the theatre list why are the appointments not staggered so we are not sat around for hours ???? Very very angry at this service and when you speak to the staff they look at you like a piece of rubbish they should remember we pay their wages Customer Service Macular Injections Clinic 1.30 appointment seen at 14.56 ?????
