"Test results awful system"

Shame really, nice staff and facility. Trying to get your results however is a nightmare. It's meant to come through by text but recently it hasn't within 2 weeks. You then call up a number which says to call back later and cuts you off. This one issue ruins the whole service, in a major capital city to wait more than 3 weeks for HIV results is appalling. Could be easily fixed though (sort out the automated text system, more staff working on results line).

I'm sorry about this. You should receive your results by text within seven to 10 working days. You shouldn't have had to wait so long could you please can give me a call on 020 3317 5244 so we can talk?

We know that people calling us have had some problems getting through as our phone lines have been extremely busy recently, so we’re introducing online booking for more services to reduce the number of calls; I hope this means people calling about results can get through more easily.
