"Spinal surgery"

An excellent experience, from the outpatient appointment to the follow up following my spinal surgery.

My consultant especially is noteworthy, as their care and attention was outstanding.

They spent a lot of time going over the results of my scan, and my husband and I were able to ask questions and be involved in decision making.

Their manner was courteous at all times and never patronising.

Following the surgery, their bedside manner was also superb when they described what they had performed in theatre.

Follow up appointments have been equally good, and continue to be so.

The clean hospital offers free parking, very good food, ensuite bedrooms and free TV.

My husband was able to visit at any time.

The nursing staff are friendly and efficient.

Appointments in outpatients run smoothly and on time.

The hospital is thoroughly recommended.
