I had an appointment in the cardiology department at 14.00. I arrived at 13.45 and at 13.50 was asked to go to get my blood pressure and weight checked, at 14.00 I had an ECG and by 14.10 had seen the consultant.
This is a great example of how a coordinated NHS can work.
