"Poor Staff Treatment and 24h but not before 8.30"

About: Western Eye Hospital

I walked in at 5.45am, the reception staff although helpful was more interested in their phone then helping a customer. Then when I walked into the eye clinic the two receptionist seemed annoyed I had disturbed their morning conversation. Said your eye seems red, and asked me if I was in pain and I said yes and I can't see. The response was do you live locally? Why don't you go home and come back after 8.30 then the doctor will be able to see you. I appreciate doctors can be busy but don't advertise 24h if your not 24h!
