"Amazing care!!!"

I am writing this in retrospect on behalf of my Grandma. She was a patient the year before last on the ( old ) waterhouse ward while it was still surgical. She was treated for gallstones and i must say, the care she received was out of this world! She would often tell the whole family how caring everybody was to her, and she couldn't fault anything! She would often call the hospital a hotel, due to the cleanliness, lovely staff and everything else that, in her words, she called perfect!! Thank you so much to everybody on the old Waterhouse Ward, you were truly lovely! Unfortunately my Grandma passed away just before christmas, but i know how desperate she was to write to the RUH to say of her experiences, so i am doing it on her behalf.
