Kirsty and Gill at the Dermatology clinic were absolutely marvellous. I went in to have a facial mole removed, I was wound up, they understood my anxiety and gave me options to make me feel as comfortable as possible.
My son came with me to give me support, the nurses allowed me to lean against him while they removed the mole as I did not want to be lying down. It was a comfort to have my son holding me, .
Kirsty and Gill explained what they were going to do, what I would expect to feel - the slight discomfort of the injection - and then very carefully and gently treated me and performed the procedure. I loved the support and care they gave, they were so softly spoken, . the atmosphere around me was calm and peaceful.
I would give them 15/10 and would assure anyone who needed treatment at the dermatology clinic not to worry. the nurses have a very high standard and are super.
