"Bowel surgery and care - superb,professional..."

After a very unexpected diagnosis of bowel cancer, I wanted to express my gratitude to the entire team at Derriford. From the magnificent, swift professional and sympathetic attention of the consultant through to the equally proficient, caring and attentive service provided both pre and post surgery - particularly by the fantastic team of nurses on Wolf ward.

I am in my second week of recovery- now at home - since the removal of a sigmoid tumour. but I cannot praise highly enough the level of care and attention I received throughout my time at Derriford.
