"Poor doctor"

I came to minor injuries having hurt my elbow to be told there is no doctor and to come back at 1pm, I went back at 1pm and staff was brilliant. However the doctor was not. After been x-rayed and told there is no break the doctor came into the waiting room and bluntly told me this information. Where is my confidentiality? Then the doctor sent me on my way. No information as to why I can't move my arm or why it hurts so bad. No information as to what I do about work because I can't move my arm and no information as to what I need to do now. I felt very poorly dealt with.
