"Poor patient care"

About: Worcestershire Royal Hospital / General surgery

After being taken back to hospital again on 11th September following surgery I was taken to GAU. I was in the GAU department from 11am till 8pm on the night time and have to say the nursing staff were incredible , very supportive and helpful in particular the trainee nursing associate, junior sister and HCA who had also worked the previous night.

I saw 3 doctors in told during my time in GAU and have to say only 1 out of those 3 actually listened to me and too the time to speak to me ask my symptoms and attempt to help. They were a junior doctor and was brilliant on the night of 10th.

Following my urgent say on the 11th

I saw a doctors who told me there was nothing wrong with my scan yet on my scan report it clearly stated underlined complex cyst left ovary.

I pulled the doctor up about this and they dined telling me that and acussed me of lying to which I was not impressed at all , the I got moved to beech and I've been even more disappointed and disghjuged in the car I've received so far.

No observations take since first stepping food on the ward.

No water or drinks offered to me until I had to ask for a drink

Tablets being left for me to take with not water to take them with

Having to ask about anti embolism stockings as I was told I needed to wear them for 10 days posh op

Having to ring my buzzer 8 times between midnight and 5am to get pain relief and a drink

To add to all of this I was told my pain had nothing to do with the cyst because my pain was on the compete opposite side to the cyst , yet I'm actually concerned how a doctor sorry registrar 2 for that matter can't seem to correctly note where the pain is correctly because I have suffered with the pain on the left side for the last 10 years

Utterly appalled and feel like discharging myself
