"Excellent epilepsy department"

I recently had to visit the neurology department at the Royal Berks and I am so grateful for the care and support I received. The specialist nurse was incredible in terms of empathy, support and understanding and went out of their way to help me and ensure I understood what had happened and what was best going forward. The nurse definitely deserves a 5 star rating and I can't thank them enough. It made such a difference that the nurse had clear experience in the area of epilepsy and was very reassuring that they were such an expert in their field.

The reception staff were also extremely caring and helpful too. I can't thank everyone enough.
