"Lister Ward. Let's you down"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital / Accident and emergency

Today 1/9/17 attended MEDCOR, service after being sent by GP. Staff and services excellent then sent to A&E told to go to Lister Ward

Having spent over 4 hours today on Lister Ward with husband.. It was a great disappointment to other clinics we have visited, which have been positive.

It was dirty waiting area, far too hot.

The receptionist attitude was, go take seat, you will wait. After I tried to explain that a Doctor was waiting g to see my husband as directed by MEDCOR .

The Clinic Sister we encountered was the worse I have ever dealt with. Rude, argumentive, would not listen to the reasons we were waiting for paperwork. I can provide the name from their name badge, which they told me I could not take!!!
