I was referred to the service from my gp as i suffer ptsd ,gad, mdd, and ocd all caused by incidents. recently and in childhood. After being passed around pillar to post i was finally assigned a psychiatrist who agreed i needed cbt, my therapist was lovely but we was unable to do as much work as needed due to outside circumstances, when signed off psychology i was informed ill still have access to psychiatrist and support worker. complete and utter lies, i met the support worker once after cbt and was informed that id be signed off to gp. So basically they told me to open up and discuss issues which brought up previous memories and then told sorry your on your own, so now i have no help dealing with said flashbacks, more suppressed memories resurfacing etc etc.
