"Excellent care"

With a few appointments and doing the exercises as advised over the space of 6 months I am now generally pain free. I felt really listened to and in turn I followed all the advice. Getting some advice straight after referral was useful too but getting face to face encouragement really helped. Having enough space between appts to make progress with the exercises was just right. Helpful and thoughtful staff and shuttle service is a great help. Thanks to the people who run the shuttle bus.
