"First Class Service"

I required extraction of a tooth and was very anxious as my previous experience of having a tooth out (at the Dentist) was not a positive one.

The staff were brilliant, very reassuring, very calming and very considerate.

The procedure took no more than ten minutes from start to finish and this included time to talk me through what to expect, discuss complications, signing the consent, preparation, injection and extraction.

I expected to be in pain once the injection wore off but the Dentist did such a good job extracting the tooth that I only experienced mild discomfort afterwards, mainly to the jaw/injection site.

Overall a very positive experience and I would have no problem recommending the department.
