"Don't bother with the Urgent Care Centre if..."

I went to the Urgent Care Centre to be seen by a GP. I was told by the reception "there was no wait time". Waited 30 minutes and asked whether I would be seen soon. A different reception staff member said "it'll be another 30 minutes", would it? or an hour? who knows. I couldn't wait due to work. Don't believe what the reception staff tell you about the wait time and avoid the Urgent Care Centre unless you have plenty of time to wait.
