"Outstanding customer care"

About: Sunderland Royal Hospital

On July 19th, I was rushed into this department as I had 5mm kidney stone stuck in mu wafer tube. Was in the ward for three days and cannot find a single fault of any of the staff that worked in this department. Outstanding care shown to me at all times and treat everyone equally. They never stopped all day and night.

Unfortunately my operation was not a success which meant I had to go back into the day care for another opp, they again kept me in for two more days as I was in a lot of pain and discomfort. Again the staff were fantastic. These people need medals and the same pay footballers get for running and diving around a pitch for 90 minutes.
