"Ambulatory Care"

About: The Great Western Hospital

Just wanted to comment how brilliant Ambulatory Care have been over the last 3 days I was there.

The staff work so damn hard and are clearly passionate about what they do.

Yes you sit around for hours but it's going to happen when waiting for test results in such a busy hospital.

These nurses do not get the recognition they deserve and get insulted by a 1% payrise.

The only gripes i have are the chairs are so damn uncomfortable and the curtain cubicle in the corner when taking bloods and doing ECGs probably should be in isolation and not in same room for everyone else to hear what's what.

Thank you for your feedback on your recent experience at Ambulatory Care at the Great Western Hospital. It was good to hear about the positive experiences you had regarding your care and your appreciation of how hard the staff work. I'm sorry that the chairs were so uncomfortable and you felt there should be a little more privacy when procedures are taking place.

Please be assured your comments will be passed on to the relevant staff responsible for your care which will be greatly appreciated.
