"What would I do ?????"

Without the Sutherland support there would be no support.. The staff are always pleasant regardless of the obvious pressure. I witnessed a busy waiting area but with Service Users going in frequently. My Professional gave me their utmost attention sensing I was struggling. It is comforting to know this person is around the same age as me, as I know now they must have witnessed every aspect of mental health. By the time the appointment was finished I think we had both come to the conclusion that looking for answers in meds alone is not always the right way of thinking. I feel more aware and less sedated but I have come to a sticking point. Very anxious but will have to work through it. Please don't let this person go they excel in what they do
