Great service today from fracture clinic. Lovely HCA who kept us informed of delays (only half hour) The consultant was very professional . 10/10

Thank you for your feedback. We have come fabulous Health Care Assistants within the Trust and it is lovely to see them recognised through patient feedback. It's good to know that you felt you received great service - it's certainly what we always try and provide!
