"Coil Change"

About: Queen's Hospital / Sexual Health

This trust really pushes patients to pillar to post and delays processes. Surely isn't is easier when a patient rings to check their details and provide them with the appropriate correct person to see and get their issue resolved? You would think so, however this is the second time that my coil hasn't been changed due to seeing a nurse who can't make that decision but the doctor can.

Now I have to wait again for a further weeks to see the doctor and when I am bleeding heavily as a result of the copper coil.

Its ridiculous the way this trust treats patients and frustrating when you turn up to an appointment and it is a complete waste of my time which it for me.
