"Terrible"

I come into this place with loads of ongoing issues.. hoping to get a diagnosis on what's going on with me.. I tell doctor I've had penis pain electric shocks in the body, pain in neck. I don't know what's going on they didn't test my wee sample, didn't check penis, never attempted to rule out anything serious apart from telling me go for a aids test lol. I told them I've had on going penis pain a year and half and had three negative bloods test and negative std screenings. My latest all clear as of 30th July 2017 and went for one today because they've sky rocketed my aniexty. If they had doubts abt me being seriously ill then why didn't they do any testing? I could of quite easily threw myself or bridge on the way home with those thoughts, didn't think cancer or something else could be causing problems or infection? Yes they did send me home with antibiotics for kidneys but they could of missed something serious my blood pressure was very high no one checked my heart or bloods still feel poorly. Salford royal are a waste of time.
