"Excellent hydrotherapy sessions"

Whilst waiting for rheumatology treatment I was given a hydrotherapy course at the WGH, the hydrotherapy was just what I needed, it kept my joints mobile and increased my sense of wellbeing. The physiotherapist were excellent, caring, compassionate, encouraging and involved me at every step in my hydrotherapy plan. The course gave me the knowledge and confidence to visit local swimming pools/spa and continue with my mobility strengthening exercises.
