"Wrong assessment and referral by dr"

I saw dr within 5 days after being told by staff on desk I couldn't be seen. Dr was hostile and said shouldn't have come here but reminded them that I didn't refer myself. Drs assessment was virtually nil and said my problem was connected to condition I have. After 18 months and numerous referrals I've been diagnosed with bilateral trochanter bursitis which has been getting increaseing worse and painful. His has nothing to do with the condition I have and pain Drs don't have MRI /X-ray eyes. Drs secretary has no idea how to answer the phone or any interaction skills. Appalling service
