"First class attention"

I visited a dear friend who had been transferred from Colchester Hospital to Trinity Ward with a broken ankle. Having never been to Harwich Hospital before I was amazed at the place itself. The hospital is modern and extremely clean(which you would expect).. The staff were very helpful.Most importantly, my friend who is the patient loved the place, the staff and his own room. I was informed that the food that was being offered was first class. I can only say that if I had the misfortune to require a stay in an NHS hospital I would be delighted if it was The Fryatt at Harwich. Well done to everyone concerned.
