About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Day Surgery

(as a service user),

Very good experience today, I had to wait only 10-15 minutes, perfectly acceptable. The consultant Mr Crumley explained everything very well, I was very comfortable throughout the procedure, you have to expect a little discomfort and Mr Crumley spoke to all the time warning when he was about to inject the local anaesthetic etc,

It was as good as it could have been.
