(as a service user),

Came into hospital to be induced and received fantastic service & care.

The midwife (Shirley) was lovely. Very clear and understanding of my own circumstances.

There were not enough beds on the labour ward so delays were caused.

All the staff were great, very helpful.

There is good communication across the antenatal wards/assessment wards
